1. Introduction
   Welcome to Shakti Souls. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, shaktisouls.com, and our services, including but not limited to online yoga courses, classes, and retreats. By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services.
   
   These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Shakti Souls. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
   
   

2. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta. By using our website or services, you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta for any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
   
   

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
   Participants must be at least 16 years old to engage in online courses or retreats offered by Shakti Souls.
   
   If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to access and use our services.
   
   By using our services, you confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements outlined above.
   
   

4. Services Offered
   
   Online Yoga Courses and Classes
   Access to online courses and classes is granted upon receipt of full payment. Access is strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
   Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course content in any form without prior written consent from Shakti Souls is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
   
   Retreats
   Retreat bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received and availability has been verified.
   Specific payment terms, cancellation policies, and other retreat-specific conditions will be provided during the booking process. These additional terms will be considered part of this agreement.
   
   

5. Payments and Pricing
   Payments must be made in full prior to gaining access to any services, including courses, classes, and retreats.
   
   All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
   
   Shakti Souls reserves the right to refuse any transaction if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
   
   

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   
   Online Yoga Courses:
   Refunds are not offered once the course content has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed in any capacity.There will be no refunds for any deposits or payments made to shakti souls for any events, classes or programs or sold on or through the Site. All sales of this type are final.
   
   Shaki Souls Retreats:
   All payments for our retreats are final and non-refundable. Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
   
   In cases of force majeure or events outside Shakti Souls’ control, we will attempt to reschedule your booking or offer alternative arrangements but are not obligated to issue refunds.
   
   

7. Participation Etiquette?
   To maintain a respectful and supportive environment, all participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
   

   Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and kindness.

   Follow all safety instructions and class guidelines provided by Shakti Souls.

   Avoid any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during courses, classes, or retreats.
   
   Failure to comply with these expectations may result in removal from the program without any right to a refund or compensation.
   

8. Intellectual Property
   All content provided by Shakti Souls, including but not limited to course materials, images, videos, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   

   You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, sharing, distributing, or modifying our content without prior written consent.

   Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
   
   

9. Limitation of Liability
   Participation in yoga activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries. By participating in any Shakti Souls activities online or in-person, you agree that:

   You have assessed your physical condition and are fit to participate.

   Shakti Souls, its instructors, and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or after participation.
   
   It is your responsibility to seek medical advice before engaging in any physical activity.
